​The founder of Bolt-on Automotive Equipment is Canadian Armed Forces veteran Dane Bolton. He serves his customers with a strong technical background and a passion for all things automotive. Dane's career began in 2010 as he was educated as an electronics engineering technologist, then specializing in Weapons Engineering technology in the Royal Canadian Navy. After nearly 8 years of dedicated service, Dane continued his education to strengthen his mechanical aptitude and becoming a mechanical engineering technologist. With a strong customer service prowess, and an ambitious entrepreneurial spirit, Dane worked in territory sales and services, all while maintaining a part time business in the automotive performance industry. When the opportunity to work as a manufacturers representative for Hunter Engineering Company emerged, Dane jumped at the opportunity to invest in his own LLC, and founded Bolt-on Automotive Equipment Limited in 2023. Now Bolt-on Automotive Equipment works to provide equipment solutions to the Maritimes' automotive service and collision repair industry.
